That or they mean this series. In the later chapters they do everything described except find a perfect agent. It's the focus of an entire chapter. I feel like there's another series as well but I can remember the name.

I think it was from a series, but a couple are trying to get an apartment together, but all the real estate agents can't find anything for them, possibly because they're homophobic. But then they meet a really cool agent whose worked a lot with same sex couples and finds one for them

I can't exactly remember the main premise of the story, but I think it was a one shot with an MC that could read minds and there's a girl that is really into the MC. They get closer and eventually tells her the truth. Expecting her to backlash/ express disappointment, the other girl is pleasantly surprised and expresses her affection further and fills her mind with "I love you" and compliments. The story ends with the MC blushing as she's reading all the embrassing thoughts.

this manga has really pretty art, theres two main couples. The main couple I remember were kissing and the librarian girl caught them. In another chapter, the main cool girl and sporty girl compete in a race and the cool girl gets a prize from the main girl if she wins.

the side couple is the sporty girl and librarian girl, and when the librarian girl gets sick, the sport girl goes to her house give her homework, the mom was pretty hot aswell. Something happened at the house that made the sporty girl blush and leave.

I'm looking for a one-shot (I think), but I might be misremembering things. A woman working in a restaurant in the middle of the night. IIRC one of the customers was starting troubles a cool woman (who was a biker or something, I think?) defended her. Then it turned out the cool woman was the one she listened to on the radio or something like that so there was a gap between her job-persona and how she was off the clock.
