Have you seen the anime? She doesn't look like that. She's built like a normal woman (even though she's got some imaginary anime hyper-strength, from even before the cybernetic arm). That was the point of my comment. When someone, male or female, just bulks up like that to the point that they look radically different even wearing clothes, it means they're probably on something. Go look at the before and after pictures for guys like Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire and you'll see what I mean. It was a joke; it wasn't a "oh a woman with muscles, I must diminish her" remark. I don't have a problem with muscular women.
But if you insist on getting on a high horse and making this a gender equality issue, I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but for a woman, yes, those are abnormally huge shoulders and biceps. That's just plain reality. But whatever, no big deal. It's just a drawing.
