^Imagine thinking a woman with muscles means she takes roids. Those aren't even exaggeratedly big either.

^ And she doesn't even have a 6-pack or something which makes it more realistic.

^^ eyeroll I had a feeling I'd get one of these.

Have you seen the anime? She doesn't look like that. She's built like a normal woman (even though she's got some imaginary anime hyper-strength, from even before the cybernetic arm). That was the point of my comment. When someone, male or female, just bulks up like that to the point that they look radically different even wearing clothes, it means they're probably on something. Go look at the before and after pictures for guys like Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire and you'll see what I mean. It was a joke; it wasn't a "oh a woman with muscles, I must diminish her" remark. I don't have a problem with muscular women.

But if you insist on getting on a high horse and making this a gender equality issue, I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but for a woman, yes, those are abnormally huge shoulders and biceps. That's just plain reality. But whatever, no big deal. It's just a drawing.

Funny how i always see people arguing how women would have a hard time growing big muscules and how "realistic" they are (or rather unrealistic for some), but never how hard it would be to get an very well defined muscules (and often abs) which is usually done by reducing fat, but still have massive boobs without implants since they are often, at least to some degree, made of fat tissue. But, in fiction, gave them muscules and no boobs and they become maaaaad.

And any usage of "women don't look like that" is almost always idiotic, since people come with many different builds, is even more idiotic in fiction, especially in anime-like materials since characters in thing like this are usually pretty unique and "special". Like, muscules are unrealistic, but do you imagine how hard it would be to keep this kind of mane on your head without hours spent everyday on maintaining it? Even with straight hair and braid it takes a lot of time.

^^^ For whatever it's worth, yes, you're absolutely right about the loss of breast tissue and how unrealistic it is to have huge muscles and huge boobs. If people care about realism, that should matter. If they don't, then it shouldn't.

As for me, I didn't say "women don't look like that". I said it would be abnormal, not impossible. And that was only in response to the claim, "Those aren't even exaggeratedly big either." But I don't really care about the realism either.

Because as I explained, it was a joke. Yang doesn't look like that, so to bulk up like that would likely indicate some kind of performance enhancing substance. So I made a joke that it looked like she was on 'roids, ha ha. Could have just as easily been a comment about a male. And someone took it as if I was some man-o-sphere jagoff hating on women. I am not, and it was not meant that way.

So I didn't mean to offend, I'm sorry if I did, and now let's drop it, please.
