I've noticed that many times fan content of a ship can be inversely proportional to how much it's explored in canon.

So if a ship barely gets to spend time together as a couple, assuming they get together in canon at all, there's a sort of "I'll do it myself" mentality among the fandom.

On the otherhand, if a ship is fully realized, with several books exploring and developing the couple, it creates a "theres not much more to add" effect.

This said, MagiRevo was still a breakout hit, especially for a yuri. So there's still plenty of fanart and stuff on pixiv and Twitter. But only a relative few people can upload here, so even DynastyScan is far from comprehensive. (The lack of official dub and some official material not being tagged correctly doesn't help either.)
