Kumano's coat reminds me of Ayagozen in the Samurai Warrior series.

I think that's something she's using to hide her embarrassment because it doesn't line up with the rest of her face?

Seconding this. It's a nice pic but there's some really baked in moire that could be removed with proper descreening.
Also "ごはんつぶ..." is just "A grain of rice..." if anyone feels like typesetting that.
