That isn't her mouth Nez she is eating a giant cookie! Not sure why Meling gets a flower in her mouth but Sakuya a cookie tho lol.
Edit - Noting the first comments date, I'm guessing now this was a valentines picture - so I guess the cookie was from Meiling?
The thing I like best is the SDM - I've never seen it look LESS ominous lol.

The heart-shaped tongue isn't unusual, but it does clash with the rest of the image just a little bit.
