^Yup, it's Slow Loop. Its anime adaptation's first season ended a just a few days ago.
Not the best CGDCT out there, but it's nice and it has a few themes about loss and healing.
And fishing.
And quite some Yuri subtext, with a very small girl being the one with the biggest crush.
