There is a ton of content for this ship in terms of fanfics and art. Elsanna on tumblr, frozen + yuri on image boards, or the Frozen threads on /u/ are all good sources. You can also check out Yuri in Wonderland for some hard translated stuff.

But, OP, the creators /actually/ meant to have a little /gay/ in it. According to a friend I know who is a fan of Disney. I haven't really read which article they said it, but it was basically tl;dr, if the fans shipped Elsanna, they were successful with this movie. LOL
