AFAIK The only connection this has to KyoAni is that the artist for this also draws a lot of yuri Hibike Euphonium fan art. That's it.

gonna be honest, I only watched the show at first because it had mostly love live cast. but it's definitely grew on me and I can safely say its a must watch anime of the season

^Ah okay, thank you for the added context and information. Also @kirakazumi I feel like I'm not entirely well enough informed on the details sorry, so I think someone else that's a bit more in the know than I am would be better off giving more information about the author.

Ah, yes. The ship that was already a ship in the game. But became even more than a reality in the anime. There is literally no hetero explanation for their tee tee moments. The yuri energy in the anime is so high that my yuri goggle unconsciously turn on every single episode.

I doubt we'd be seeing any yuri pairing in this anime actually. I lost hope after episode 4. They are too KyoAni-ish.

Hmm, i went into the show expecting to ship all the girls but since Momoe's episode I feel like I'm just pidgeonholing a cast that deserves better. At the same time if any of them really are into each other, I'd love to see how this show handles it. It's just been so fucking good so far.
