Actually, that's not entirely true. We still have some ability to see light at the edge of the UV spectrum, but you usually need something to help filter out the normal light to make it more visible.

The person who drew Grea's design here actually makes her look more intimidating and better than the actual animation i like her design here than in the anime itself the sharp edges better than the smooth edges we had in the anime
