Hilda and Marianne's ending reads like two Victorian pen pals that historians will claim were just two close friends, but were actually pretty clearly in a relationship.
Knowing Yohane, she is definitely the type to do something like this (half forcefully and half accidentally) and then panic while saying something along the lines of "It can't be helped! It's not like I did this because I want to! You need to endure this for now!" right after.
I would actually not be opposed to this... Kyosuke is historically an awful boyfriend and it would be a matter of time until Hitomi breaks up with him, she was already pretty close to breaking up with him in Rebellion, and it would be a huge step forward in fixing Mami's chronic lonelyness problem...
^yeah there are a handful of endings like that, localization making some of them more vague-ish/platoni-ish doesn't help. (but sure on the other hand, the way older adults can go and have explicit endings with the girls like no big deal :/ )
