How is Nemo not a main contender? Personally I consider her more of a contender than Ucchi is, because I just cannot picture Ucchi’s feelings being reciprocated to any degree, ever.

Vira is a character I kind of dislike. She's a psychotic lesbian who undergoes character development to finally realize she had a pretty unhealthy obsession with Katalina. So far so good, but the issue is that she grows attached to the MC as this unveils. Nothing wrong with Djeeta, but with Gran (who the developers basically consider as the only character who actually exists) it kind of gives the idea that she regains her mental sanity through no longer having a gay crush.

Kosuzu could extend her life without becoming a Youkai- there are various ways we know of in Touhou. And I dont think Reimu would really do anything in that instance anyway. She SAYS she exterminates Youkai but she never does- just beats em down.
