Megumi seems happy for Tomoko but very, very wistful. Anyway, as Tomoko is walking away, Megumi thinks "I'm waiting, you know, Tomoko-chan*?" It's pretty suggestive that Megumi is one of the girls that likes Tomoko maybe as more than a friend.

I don't know why this picture and YuriSenpai's comment suddenly made me realize that Sun and Yang share the same name (in different languages conveniently forgets about Journey to the West), the same hair color, the same happy go lucky (to an extent) attitude, and the same interest in a certain female panther.
