There's a few pointers, but it's not always easy to tell:
1. Sakuya has a braid, Alice doesn't
2. Sakuya has stockings, Alice has tights
Otherwise, it's just context. I felt it was pretty straightforward to deduce from the text.

The fact that Koakuma expects a love letter from Shanghai. Oh, would that it were so.

I really do love Millet Soup's works. The art may be a bit plain but at the same time it's oddly adorable, and the stories are always fun.

Also, I like the Yumeko cameo. PC-98 references are always something I can appreciate.
