I agree. This doujin also has all my favorite touhou couples, but I think I prefer Satori x Remilia and Koishi x Flan over Remi x Flan and Koishi x Satori. I'm impressed as well, especially because there was Alice x Patchouli in this doujin, and that pairing is kind of hard to find at times because of all the Marisa x Patchouli or Alice stuff.
