maybe, to recommence the series from where it left off, since it has never really been given a conclusion, it could also mean that they might know something we don't, that or the author really wants to continue with the series.

at the moment we don't know why Yen Press has picked it up, maybe a deal was reached to continue the series beyond what we got. admittedly I was rather dissapointed that Killing Me! suddenly stopped, it was such an enjoyable 10 chapters, if it doesn't continue, then it just feels like wasted potential, maybe Yen Press knows this.

But who knows what it happening, maybe the point in picking up the manga, is that they know it has potential, but it might encourage the author to recommence the series. Right now all we really have is speculation, but no answers at this stage, maybe we will find out sooner rather than later, or we will never know.
