I am guessing, based on the fact that it is written in red paint next to a crossed-out reference to "The Russians", that it is supposed to be a tongue-in-cheek hello from said Russians, delivered in stereotypically broken English.

It's just that the scans came from Arckuno directly this time, but I'm curious about this reference now...

I didn't have access to my credits page, so I edited it with paint. Just me being stupid lol

The original Russians reference was about someone from a Russian scanlation group wanting a script for DMG2 which they supplied scans for, but they disappeared and I'm too lazy to rescan something I already had good scans for...

Main series is getting a renewal sometime and a new chapter probably this year.
