Shirobako is pretty great. It's a look into the anime industry that tries to be realistic, most characters are likeable and there's no romance of any sort, so there's a lot of potential for shipping.
There are very few yuri doujins for this series out there and seeing one translated is awesome!
It also manages to show how ineffective the hierarchical Japanese work culture with its blame shifting and sweeping mistakes under the rug can be. Watching the worst parts nearly drove me up the wall and made me appreciate my job and work environment.
e: I kind of think the art style resembles Kumichou's, but then again I found Shittorioblate's works to also resemble Kumichou's in some parts. Maybe everything that somehow looks rough starts to look like Kumichou's at some point if you look at it long enough.
