They meet again at 27 when it's shown that Sayuri was stalking her since then making sure she was alive every day
Pic is the final page, Senpai seemingly remembers Sayuri's name
Sayuri decides that even if death would come again between them she would try to save Senpai forever and ever.

Apparently there's more to Yuri Mekuru Hibi, Mangaupdates call it a side story, but it might actually be a sequel, it was made two years after it, Yuri Mekuru Oshigoto, think you can get any information about it?

Why is it marked as Completed when they are 77 chapters in total and only 19 are here?

I wasn't expecting this to be quite this absurd when I added it to my to-read list, lol. That was just ridiculous from stratr to finish.

This is just a guess but seeing as Yuri Mekuru Oshigoto isn't listed on MAL, it may just be that MAL is grouping everything together.

This one is completed. Yuri Mekuru Oshigoto, practically the sequel, is still ongoing, or rather still being scanlated.
