It may have been posted before, but chronologically it's probably before because generally, 4-koma/gag manga comes after how it's structured here. That's in most cases, and I think it is like that as well here, even if the 4-koma/gag came before this/these installment(s). Add to that, the information that is revealed in this.

So yes, this is a prequel while the OneeLoli manga is the sequel.

True, at least "Master and Me" and "Master and the Past" are obviously before, "Master and Laundry" could go either way I guess, what I tried to say is that although chronologically this happens before, OneeLoli Manga 1+2+3 is not really a sequel as they don't follow the same plot and it was created first, they're just stories about the same characters so you can read in any order you want that it won't make any difference, you could even read OneeLoli Manga parts in any order as they're just cute random moments of their lifes, when you say something is a sequel it imply that you need to read the prequel first to understand it, which is not the case here as OneeLoli parts and Master and Me are closed stories about same characters.
