I'd say this is aimed at ppl who like yuri hentai with some fetish-y stuff to spice it up. If it was aimed at male (otaku) audience there would be a self-insert male character, which is what most of them are looking for. In hentai sites yuri (girls-only) genre is some of the least viewed content due to that.
