There are actually quite a few (mostly untranslated) shorts about weird background pairings in K-On! I liked this, because weird pairings are awesome.

just finished watching k-on. and wow. so himeko's her name huh. she actually caught my attention. i like her hair and how she looks so bored.

I read a Yuri doujinshi about Yui x Himeko a long time ago. I don't know where i found it or it's name but.. Sawa was teachin' Sex lesson or something, and everyone in the class had to pair up and do each other, Nodoka and Yui did it together and then Himeko did Yui, there was more pairs but it was more about Yui.. So, if anyone knows anythin' - let me know please :)

Aha!! Finally know the name of this mysterious beauty!! She caught my eye the first time she showed up in the background classroom in K-On! The Movie ever since then I've been keeping an eye out if she ever shows up again. But this pairing is quite interesting.
