I'm thinking that she probably stripped Tooru and passed out, and doesn't remember any of it. I mean, we've already seen that Kobayashi can't even properly remember how she met Tooru when she was drunk.

Tooru probably just fainted from the excitement.

I think that was just Tooru's misunderstanding what kind of "reward" she was going to get.

this is shaping up to be my favorite manga, its a yuri with a maid and dragons... and on top of that it has a bunch dragon mythologies mix in satisfying my need for yuri and my nerdyness!

It's pretty common in mangas from what I saw. I think it's more "just in case" thing. You could say it's free publicity, not sure how it works and maybe there are some issues with that. I can imagine, for example, that Nintendo could want money for using their name or some crap like that.
