^The artist is Chinese, not Japanese (or American), so it probably was just a mistake. That being said, taunting her like that is something Viola would probably do in-character so it still works.

(On a sidenote I wonder if Viola having bdsm hatesex with Arale and taking out all her frustrations like that would fix her)

Give it a go though, it's only 10 episodes and Science Saru delivers an entertaining ride! I will say that all of the philosophy stuff doesn't exactly land for me personally but I don't regret watching it.
