To me, just personally, [official] should indicate something "real", meaning some person/company with decision powers over the work has chosen to present a yuri / yuri-baiting picture, to show that "yes, we have yuri" or.... yes, we approve/find it financially valuable of you imagining yuri in our work. When an actor, so to speak, draws her character like this it should be noted, but it probably doesn't indicate anything about the direction of the series, any more than if I drew this.

^I think you're misunderstanding, this is drawn by the character. The characters in this series are Vtubers with official accounts that post and make content, so it's her VA as the Vtuber that is the character that is drawing and posting this on an official account associated directly with Bang Dream. She would not be allowed to post this art on the official account if it wasn't approved. So it provides an unusual meta angle that we don't normally have, but it makes this art 100% official.
It's kinda complicated here because Miyako is simultaneously a character in the show, a person playing the character online as a vtuber, and the va for Miyako in the show. Miyako posting this online is potentially her in character as Miyako, which would make it an official character decision even though it's clearly not anime canon.
I feel like maybe "official" isn't quite it but it's way closer to official then you or some rando drawing it and i don't think there's another tag that would describe it. (Posted right when FluffyCow did and mostly agree)

Even though I'm typically not a fan of aging up child characters to sexualize them, I'll allow this because BOOBAS!
I mean opinions on aging characters up aside this is both of their canonical older designs so it's not even something the fan-artist is doing themself.
does it even count as aging up? they were shown at this age in the ending part so it’s just drawing them after the time skip
