Well of course you'll see young versions of them, you expected that when he did a non-h manga he would change completely his art? That was inevitable, but I understand why that's feel disturbig for some of you.
It wouldn't be the same because almost all hentai is not made to be something deep, it just have excuse plot for characters to have sex, even if it's made by Shou you can't compare to Stretch, his loli hentai is nothing special or realistic, it's just normal fap material, no deep story or anything like that, you guys are just thinking too much about it.
Nope, it's not rape, if you had read it you would have seen that in the last page the girl herself says it was all roleplay, if you pay attention you'll even notice that except for the first page and the last two all others have black background, because it was the girl thinking about the sex she had last night, all his loli is pretty tame compared to most mangakas because he never did rape or anything that involves something the girl don't want.
Of course you don't need to like it, but want to believe that only because someone made something you like he's a great person, that's just being naive, you're just forcing your unrealistic expectations on him, he's not a great guy just because he's good at writing and not a horrible person because he made loli, no one have the right to feel disappointed because he likes to make loli hentai, he's an inperfect human with flaws like everyone else, if you really like him you'll need to accept the things you don't like in him, Warts and All.
And one last thing, I don't know if it'll make you guys feel better, but his last loli release was his anthology Nymphodelic in 2013, all chapters came months before, after it's release he started Stretch and didn't make any new hentai, and after the success of Prism and the success Stretch is making, I don't think he'll make any hentai for a long time, if he even make hentai again since he's so good at writing.
So now people plese, stop whining because he made loli hentai.
