Some people seem to be completely unable to realize that doing stuff like this isn't going to convince anyone at all to let them back and will just turn the entire community, even those who might otherwise agree with them, against them.

Most of us don't actually care about the child porn claims (we have a Lolicon tag after all). Those of us that do care will just avoid it, like a normal person, as opposed to spamming forums about how much we hate it.

I honestly had a bit of trouble following his claims on that anyways. He was talking about some 4chan moderator named Troid which isn't someone I've ever personally seen on the forums at all so I really don't get where he was going with that at all.

Also in my personal opinion lolicon and child porn are two totally separate concepts altogether but that's really not a discussion to have in the site's meta-discussion thread.

That being said, what do you mod guys think of Alice Cheshire's idea on having the age of the account's comments checked before going through? Is that something that can be feasibly implemented?
