Hey, you wanna hear the shot story of so called "complicated, real queer women" story in 2 lines?

'A manager falls in love with her employee but couldn't keep her relation like a normal lesbian becuz she was too horny and was fucking her friend constantly while dating the poor employee"

Lmao, that's only 1 line. And this is so called "true represention of lesbian".

Okay, it's time to move on. Your hot takes are frankly embarrassing to read at this point, and I think you'll want a chance to climb out of the hold you've dug for a while.

Maybe go play a game you enjoy for a while or something.

4 freaking Fire emblem games? Damn! I'm a little worried...quality-wise, but I'm quite happy with the direct.
Looking forward to that FE gaiden remake. It seems to run on fates engine...I really hope they fix the rng lol.

It kinda upsets me that Fire Emblem is getting so mainstream while still not the faintest glimpse of a Metroid in sight
Well, regardless Echoes is looking pretty good Just wish they did something about the faces of the 3D models and hopefully Warriors will be better optimized on the 3DS than Hyrule
That cellphone game though, kinda cringe, don't mind it's existence but half the direct was dedicated to that thing

It could be old for some of you, but just now watched this video , and Bayonetta (Jeanne also) were very heavily implied, if not confirmed to be a lesbian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rilXoBVDE5o

Long story short, Bayonetta character was designed very heavily based on witches in European medieval lore, In which the witch do sleep with a succubus/ incubus in exchange for a devil mark and power (her beauty mark is the devil mark in this case, as it's not there before she gain her witch power). Also the devil power is stored in... you guessed it... the witch hair

The key is: the succubus/incubus is gender-neutral but do take the form and gender that is attractive to its contracted partner. And we all know which one Bayonetta formed contracts to.....: Madam Butterfly, a succubus which no doubt is a very feminine female

Finally had time and finished Fate/Extella yesterday. Considering this is from the person who turned a mobile mobage game into a full-fledged visual novel, I'm not surprised that this game has a fairly substantial amount of text too. the story is great, and for those looking for yuri they would find it in the first 5 minutes at most depending on how fast you read. From then on it doesn't stop with the romantic interactions with the three heroines in-game. This game also fully establishes/re-establishes that Sakura Tange and Chiwa Saito are amazing voice actresses.

Happy (Yuri) End...GET! (spoilers):

It seems this time we will meet the 2nd sister of Yuria. These sisiters really don't indulge themselve in safe places.

You'd most likely get more answers from the yuri games steam group - Hella Yuri. As far as I can remember, the only thing about LadyKiller in a Bind that was discussed over here was that "controversy" with the het scenes in-game. If that somehow troubles you, rest assured that one of them was patched out fairly recently.

I see.

I don't know about het scenes. The main protagonist has stated numerous times that she is a lesbian and hated the topic of hot guys brought by her cousin. Maybe they fixed it in new patch.

Yup they definitely removed all the "controversial" het scenes. And even apologized for it.

Good on their part. Not like i would ever go on het part anyways. I really am enjoying this game.

I wish I had time to play video games. For now I can play only small flash games on http://www.kizigamesxl.com/ . They are good to kill time at work but no story line or computer effects.

Just read about the "controversial" het scenes in 'LadyKiller in a bind'.

No doubt the fans were mad about it. Like really mad. I mean i have stumbled across many hentai with lesbian turned straight BS. But the reading the het scenes in this game even made me surprised. It was quite degrading and extremely immoral and offending, esp. if you are a lesbian. I guess i will rather stick to japanese novels from now on.

Anyways, Resident Evil 7 reviews are out and surprisingly it really quite good score. Now i'm interested in this game.

...
tfw the game was made by Christine Love, who is afaik, a lesbian. Said this myself ages ago when the game first came out but the general theme of the game is about sex, not unlike erotica; I feel like it's not quite right to compare it to actual porn/hentai. You also shouldn't just generalize OELVNs and stick to japanese localized works especially since OELVN's tend to be more diverse in their settings and characters.

Did you even read or saw that het scene? It basically like hentai. Guy raping lesbian and lesbian start to enjoy it shamelessly. Like a mindbreak during the rape. The only difference is it didn't end like hentai ending. but in game, lesbian still asking for more. I'm no lesbian expert but pretty sure lesbians don't like cocks let alone humilated and raped by a guy and sharing their sex pics to othersm. I heard that lesbians see guys like guys look at each other. So getting raped by a guy is certainly not a "fun" experience for a lesbian.. Also what does authors sexuality have to do with this? Maybe she likes that kind of stuff? Maybe it was the studio? who knows?

That last line was just a joke -_-

Look idk about you but there was a reason people asked to cut that scene out.

If said scene is optional and avoidable, it should be up to the creators to decide. If you dislike something in a game, avoid it if you can or simply don't buy the game at all.

There are a lot of otome games lately that include a lesbian route, I have the feeling that many people here would be outraged if those were removed because people playing the game complained that the girl was supposed to be het and shouldn't fall in love with a girl.

Sure, the content you're talking about is much more extreme, but ultimately, I think that creators shouldn't have to rework their game just because complains about it. :/

I already said. I was never going to go to het route anyway. So i never mind if the scene was there or not. I enjoy quite a lot parts of the game.

What i meant is that context of that scene surprised me a lot. I mean more than sexuality changing hentai did.

SHRUGS Tell that to angry or offended fans.

Like i said i never took that route so whatever.

"The original goal of the scene was to demonstrate a darker—certainly not safe IRL—fantasy to contrast with the safety of the Beauty’s arc. But even after multiple revisions, clearly a lot of players were extremely uncomfortable with its presence, and still ended up being blindsided—I think I failed to account for the player’s context, and I’d rather the scene be gone than make anyone else uncomfortable." -- Christine Love, creator of Ladykiller In a Bind

Is it really hard to believe a creator came to the conclusion that they weren't getting what they wanted across successfully, and decided to not keep pushing it, rather than it being a weakness on the part of spoiled and unreasonable players?

No, but it doesn't change the fact that nowadays, with internet being central in communications, people have easy ways to forward their opinion to creators and never shy away to share it in many ways. And those that don't like something are usually way more vocal than those that are fine with or enjoy it, if only because they're too busy playing/reading/watching it. And her quote clearly mention that players feedback was involved in her decision.

Still, it was her choice to remove it, yes. But many people get easily offended by content they were aware of and still checked anyway, we have plenty of example on these forums already. :p

Wow this is the first time I put out my opinion (even though i was fine by it) and people didn't misinterpreted it.

ANYWAYS, March month is getting to be hard on gamers' wallet. We have Horizon Zero, Legend of zelda, Mass Effect 4, Dark Souls 3 Dlc.

I will only buy DS3 DLC though.
