It's a breaching tool/flash hider. The teeth are meant to dig into the frames and or hinges of a door so the muzzle wont slip when attempting to breach a room.
They're not unheard of for pistols but it's not very common. Breaching is usually relegated to a designated shotgun carrier, but since the girls need to keep a low profile it makes sense they'll need to use their primaries as multi-tools.
I have just been made aware that it's actually a standoff device. The entire point is for the teeth to dig into the target in CQC and stop it from going out of battery. Considering Chisato's John Wick tendencies this makes way more sense.
