Itami hasn't show up in about a dozen chapters. What did I say? Remove the het tag, I said, but noooo...

Even though Shiraishi and Fujou have fallen for her, Setsu hasn't forgotten the fact that she's challenging Oddmen in order to date Itami, Seven still hasn't gotten over him, and Chapter 8 itself could probably have a het tag.

Hopefully Setsu does hook up with Shiraishi or Fujou in the end. It would suck if all the yuri development was for nothing.

It's the premise of the story, so of course she hasn't forgotten. That doesn't mean it's important or will be relevant in the end. Itami doesn't show up at all in this story. He's not even a character.
