Ugh... Knowing that Majima only sees her as live bait makes me feel bad for Suzu.
I can only hope that it doesn't end up with Suzu getting hurt to force Majima to care.
She's a parasitic monster, but I think there's some hints at more emotional depth there. She seemed relieved her true form was not seen beyond just a practical level for example. Being driven but hunger might overpower her other needs, but she probably still has them.
Minor correction, but Majima seems to be something of an apex predator, not a parasitic predator. She just happens to be using Suzu as bait, because it's convenient.
