Most artists (especially western ones) rely on commission work, and the customer is always right. Would you blame a tattoo artist for inking the emblem of a rival sports team?
The natural constraint to this is "if a bar allows in nazis, it's a nazi bar" and artist not drawing the line at reprehensible things like conversion therapy (or even worse, creating that on their own volition) are not above shunning.
