Time paradox?

This is like one of those posters they had on the walls of the library when I was in primary school, the "read, you never know what you'll find in a book!" kind. Except pornographic.

And then there's Tatsubon, who I am not suprised does NSFW, but that it's all het...

@juanelric: I genuinely think no works by that artist should be on this website or near any LGBTQ community, they're very intentionally homophobic and all around gross from what I know.

Asanagi's doujins are fucked up but his pixiv stuff is generally on the wholesomer side

^That is surprising, with Asanagi I don't know if he's homophobic like the artist you linked, but his NSFW content does at least give the impression of hating women...or at the very least targeting a demographic that does, that's how it comes across to me anyhow.

Okay... Y'all got me curious, but not to the point of looking It up. So can someone tell me why this Asanagi guy is so bad?

^Yeah it's better to not look up his works, I'll use spoiler tags and give a warning for the violent sexist nature in advance. From what I remember he's largely known for his long running doujin series, where he takes various popular women from anime and related media, and makes violent NSFW doujins of them that involve breaking them down, humiliating them, extreme physical violence, which is anything from punching to amputating them, among other things. They're violent, bloody, and often meant to reduce women, usually confident and proud women. My memory is a bit hazy and there's probably more, but that's the general idea. They're all around gross and I don't want to go anywhere near him or his works NSFW or otherwise.

^Yeah it's terrible all around, I tried to give a good warning in advance and with the spoiler tags to hide it, and I will further emphasize here for anyone tempted to read it that the content is gross and not pleasant to think about.

I know for a fact there are several artists that get uploaded here regularly that have other interests, but there is one in particular I was refereing to. They're incredibly popular here and their art is almost always included in every batch. They also have a very unique style so I constantly do a double take whenever I catch one of their thumbnails. No one has brought them up yet so it's probably for the best.

I was going reveal who it was in case anyone was curious, and I still could, but it seems everyone has been traumatized enough.

I would like to point out that just because any of these artists have other very particular interests it doesn't make their work that makes it on here any less valid or mean you should like them less.

Except for maybe that Osashi guy. He's just weird.

^I try to not be judgemental and remain open minded, people sometimes have a variety of preferences and interests. I was mostly surprised to see this artist here given their usual art...which isn't my cup of tea to say the least. My judgement is usually reserved for hateful and bigoted artists that make their homophobic, racist, sexist, and so fourth intent widely known. Such as Ohisashiburi that juanelric mentioned, I assume that's who you mean by Osashi? Ohisashiburi and Nyantcha are two of the main artists I think of when I think of weird homophobic artists.

^ Yes, I was refereing Ohisashiburi at the end. It was a long name and tbh I didn't really want to spend anymore brain power on it. I'm also not someone who is particularly judgmental but I did stumble across the rest of their work quite recently and it gave me a weird vibe.

^Ah fair, and yeah...I rather avoid them entirely if I can.

As we've been writing I've literally just noticed an artist I haven't seen in a while (Eric) has work that was just uploaded a couple days ago, and is in fact on the front page right now. I'm only bringing it up because it's a weirdly perfect example of what I'm talking about, and at the very least the tags are acurate to their other works.

If you enjoy their work here and only here, keep it that way. It's funny because they're on the explicitly extreme end of the spectrum I've been talking about. So extreme that it might actually blow up my argument completely. iykyk.

^Well I guess that's at least one instance where ignorance is bliss for me, since I'm out of the loop there...I think at least. I sometimes have more knowledge on artists and the general doujin / fandom scene than I wish I had, other times I'm clueless.

Bit of a ramble, sorry in advance.

Wasn't there something about Dynasty not providing a source link when it's overwhelmingly het or offensive? Doesn't combine the Death of the Author mentality with proper content warning perfectly, yet better than nothing.

Re Tatsubon: in all fairness, the het stuff is mostly older and released under a different pen name (Bonnari), and going by the Dynasty thread, it's a him. Can't really blame someone presumably straight for drawing het. Given the separation of "brands", I'm not accusative, but purely stumped to stumble across an official A Cute Guy hentai doujin.

@Swag Wagon: is the artist in question  Hinghoi , perchance? They have an overwhelming breadth, ranging from yuri to wholesome cross-dressing and trans stuff to gooning, futanari and whatever Merryweather is doing. If so, it's an open secret because nobody checking them out could miss that. Far second option in my mind would be  Ro_G , who is very fandom specific and has not just het NSFW, but also stunning SFW stuff. (Probably a  Konami  insider too.)

Re The Bizarre Pair: Huh, I never connected the dots it's from the Morimiya Middle School Shooting guy. I always liked the sheer hatred and hostility in his artwork, but as so many guro art some is oddly sexualized. Like, I'm trying to vent my resentment here by fantasizing of elaborate, dehumanizing murder sprees. Please don't make it weird.

^ You got it. the artist I was referring to is Hinghoi. Though, the work of theirs that probably puts people off the most is also all the guro. I was a fan of theirs since the early MLP days so stumbling upon the rest of their catalogue was a surprise to say the least. It's under a different account so it's probably why most people haven't crossed paths with it, but unfortunately their art is too distinct for it to be a secret, if it was even supposed to be one in the first place.

Also, I'm not here to judge anyone's interest in anything. Extreme interests will always attract extreme personalities with it but it's usually just a very vocal minority.
