It's probably harder to find a single plate and fork than multiple because they're often sold in sets. Or she packed up one of each from her parent's house when she moved out.

Definitely not minimalist, but I do this too living alone ^^; Dishes pile up too quick if I have any more, so I just keep one set around for myself (though I do have extras set aside just in case I ever do have company lol)

Ok whew I was kinda worried at the beginning there that she wouldn't be accepting of her lifestyle and make constant shady comments, but glad she came around. Also at first I thought they were watching Portrait of a Lady on Fire; which would've made this story extra lesbian, but the names confused me so what movie where they watching?

I as well want to know the name of this movie
