I just realized, "JupiMakyu" (which usually shows up in the filenames of Ticcy's MakoAmi art on the site) is a combination of "Jupiter" and "Mercury" (or more specifically, of the Japanese spellings of these English names)

I never looked at their filenames before today so I never noticed before lol

Kinda wish I followed Gundam just to understand the implied context for this scene. It's set well, the mood is great, the artwork is top notch, the character designs are lovely. All the components are there and in place, and if these were two random original characters, it would just be a nice yuri two page, but I can't help but think there's more here that the reader SHOULD be understanding, that I'm not getting. Frustrating.

IIRC, "The moon is beautiful." is a literary reference, not a gundam thing, but I don't remember the full context beyond it being romantic.
