Because none of those looks down meant something in long term. In the end of the day, Kita is still closer with Bocchi than with anyone else, and vice versa.
Plus, in the latest chapters has also been proven that Bocchi is as gay like Kita. That also hepls.

Something about how ... dainty the knight is being strikes me as a bit silly. I mean, she's facing to the side, with her hands in her lap, and is just gently leaning over, like she's going for a quick peck on the cheek or she's tasting a bite of food she's been offered. At the same time, the princess is full on leaning into it.
Huh. There have been a few pieces of retro fanart uploaded recently. I'm happy to see them, but it makes me wonder if there's anything inspiring it.
