Is the trope of watching fireworks at a festival with the one you love rooted in some sort of Japanese superstition? Like, if you partake in this activity with someone special, your fates are forever tied together? Or is it just a common trope because it’s cute?

I'm pretty sure it's just because Fireworks during the summer are a common thing in Japan.

It also makes for really nice looking splash pages, so that could contribute to it being such a common trope.

As much as I appreciate stories that go on month after month, they rarely deliver the kind of punch a drive-by oneshot like this can.

This felt too short.

I'm still waiting for the day I get a yuri story that comprehensively covers the life of a couple from a young age to old age.

Imagine if Room For Two never stops until both MCs pass away.

Room for two will never stop. They're unstoppable, unbeatable unbelievable non Yuri roomates

It's short but something got into my eyes when i see both of them getting old staying together and watched the fireworks...
And here I thought it was another pair of a couple who grew old and happened to stay in a unit that's high enough to watch the fireworks together
It's really short, isn't it? But it already got me into tears.. why is that,I wonder..
