I think it's wonderful that indie/niche artists like Taiyaki can get compensation through inventive ways like this, but for me it's just way too big a hassle to sign up for a million subscription-based services. It's funny how even a niche like Yuri has been scattered in so many different places.

Great for the artist and Goggled Anon, but obviously it's a slight inconvenience for me since I was just starting to get into Taiyaki. She's a real gem. A shame that Dynasty doesn't have some sort of built-in payment option thing, I'd gladly sign up/buy stuff if there was, lol. Working my way around a new service is too much of a pain.

The chapters are also being released individually on Booth, and since Taiyaki and Yuri Hub's already got up to ch7 out, the newer chapters should hopefully come out relatively soon after they're completed on Fanbox (alas, I am not privvy to specifics, so any questions should be directed towards the Yuri Hub twitter).

Well, here's hoping that when the series is finished there will be a release containing the whole thing which is priced according to similiar size physical releases. Definitely will consider buying if we get there someday.

They recently changed the URL to https://yurihub-taiyaki.fanbox.cc/, so there's individual Fanboxes for when YH inevitably bring other authors on board. Should probably update that notice on the end next chance I get.

Died at how Taiyaki pretty much laid it all out in the afterword. I've been writing more 1x1/2 fanfic and really have a new appreciation for how draining tackling those themes can be if you're taking them seriously, especially for three or four years straight.

Also kind of nice to see the original English title for 1x1/2 may have won out? I always thought it was pretty.

If your next 1x1/2 fanfic is going to be as good as the first one and it'll have Ayako and Asuka in it would you mind if I translate it into russian? (I hope it'll serve as motivation).

Sorry to say Ayako probably won't (directly) be in the next one - I'd love to write her but I feel way more confident with Akira's character voice right now and so this one's mostly Akira x Asuka. Please feel free to translate anything though, if I keep writing these I'm sure I'll do something with Ayako and Asuka eventually. (This time I don't have a self-imposed deadline, so I've been working a lot slower...)

The Early Access chapters for both series are on the Fanbox (which are then followed up by volume releases), but the 1x1/2 Renewal series can be read for three on the Fanbox one month after the Early Access version (tying in with the JP version's free release on Pixiv Comic). There's also a few Twitter stuff I translate that's posted on the Yuri Hub Plus twitter.

Thank you exactly what I needed.

Also I'm trying to like Oyako, but the dynamic between them is too easy. Thus the title having easy going in it I guess. Also it's weird that her mom is also into her mom. The thing is though the mom doesn't seem that into her... So I don't like the dynamic as much. Feels more wrong somehow, even though incest is already wrong.

I like 1 x 1/2 lots more. I guess it's therapeutic to have art that isn't hard to script or draw though for Taiyaki.

Sumika's role is really to squeeze Sayaka between her knowing-but-completely-blase "oh you were exactly like this haha so what's the problem~~~" attitude & Yuuki's stubbornness to keep Sayaka perpetually flustered like some sort of oyako tokamak; that angle works a lot better for me than the chapters where Yuuki just pushes her around.

It always makes me sad when something gets licensed and thus removed from here. I really don't have the money to import manga (I barely have money to buy what gets licensed here in Brazil, and most Yuri mangas don't).
