So, as someone who hasn't watched or read Jujutsu Kaisen, is this a crack pairing like the ones from MHA? Or is there any indication that yuri MIGHT happen? Not that it matters in my decision to watch it, but i definitely don't want to hope for something that would never happen.

The funny thing about the whole Purgatory situation is that instead of a skin for Lava,who would be the last one in her squad to get one,she gets cucked even harder by having the skin becomes its' own character,not even an upgrade to the original Operator.

However,based off of the older Kroos shot we see from the event images,there's a potential for all the three stars to become even better five star versions of themselves,in the form of a separate Operator.

^ these girls are close in canon, it's not a crackship, but the series isn't concerned with romance at all so chances of any ship happening are kinda slim. the series is very enjoyable and there's lots of great characters so i still recommend it. here's a collage of official art and moments though

^Yeah I think similar vein as BNHA, "crackship" would imply there's basically no real logical reason for the ship, often no connection between the characters. Both JJK and BNHA have some same sex ships that have at least some decent logic to them, however they're just like most media out there where the chances of an official same sex relationship is a very unlikely outcome, unfortunately.
