Reboot Webby is a hypercompetent kick-ass action/genki-girl and Lena is a reboot original character, the edgy punk goth bad girl with hidden depths. They become friends the moment they meet but it gets so much deeper that the absurd amounts of subtext becomes almost comical. Also, saying more would be spoilers.

Watch the reboot, it's fucking good. Some of the staff from Gravity Falls migrated to Duck Tales and it shows.

Yuri-goggles seem pretty focused in on these two in Strikers. There's some good material for writers to capitalize on.
