I am pretty sure the other horse girl is Grass Wonder who is often shown to be yandere towards Special Week, because of that one race.

25 years ago I would have said you were crazy if you claimed that, in the future, there would be a show about anthropomorphized race horses, complete with race horse-style names, and that it would have a very popular video game tie-in.
Actually, I would have said that at any time before now. But here we are, living in a post-Uma-Musume-Pretty-Derby society.
