I like this but it feels unfinished. Why is the maid considered insane? Is it because she puts up with the abuse? Did she kill the twin sister with some warped perception that she'd score with the big sister in her fragile state? By that i mean is a case of a character not being afraid to hurt the person they love if it means they can get together with them in the end.

Nah I’m pretty sure she considers herself crazy ‘cause she puts up with it and seems to somewhat enjoy it. Well enjoy the end bit at least.

It feels as though the artist was like "Oh man, I have the most fucked up idea for a doujinshi ever!" then lost interest like four pages into drawing it and wrapped the story up before it began to get the project over with.

I don't dislike this kind of story, but it feels more like a setup for something bigger than a completed one-shot on its own.

Huh, I thought this was gonna be another entry from the mental illness yuri anthology, but guess not. That's the real twist here.
