I agree, the two things that are inherently bad and wrong about incestuous relationships are the possible abuse and power imbalance, and Inbreeding Depression. The latter is not an issue on yuri (barring certain types of Science Babies), so the main problem to look out for is the former, which is mostly when there are large age differences.

I have never seen any incest Science babies, and honestly I'm not sure I'd want to since it would likely end up as second-generation incest or some other horribly contrived thing.
