From my SIFAS gameplay (English version, so there's only 7 chapters and two events out, and I haven't unlocked everybody's bond- and side-stories yet), I'd say that the Nijigasaki pairings that are strongest are Anata/Ayumu, Anata/Kasumi, Ai/Rina, and Kanata/Pillow. Everybody sure is fond of Anata, though.
