The two girls were already admirers of Kaga, along with half the school it seems. Light-hair saw Kaga accepting the dark-hair girl's confession, but didn't tell twin-tails. Then twin-tails offered flowers, but got shot down, yet still continued to admire Kaga, even though she wasn't there...

So they just hang out together now :-) Hopefully some yuri-blossoms will sprout!
