@BV I couldn't help but notice what you wrote about stroke order. Frankly speaking, stroke order should have been the among the first three things you should learn when studying how to write in Chinese or Japanese. It's even more basic than basic grammar construction. Once you understand the rules (stuff like "starting from top to bottom" or "you can't put stuff in a box if you close it up before 'filling' it") figuring out a character's stroke order at a glance would be as simple as sleeping and breathing.

Learning that stuff doesn't even take a month unless you have horrible memory or your language teacher happened to forget to explain those basic rules because of how deeply ingrained into how to write the words it is that they don't even think about it anymore.

It always feels so weird to see a character (or a person) that shares the same name with you. It feels even weirder when on top of having the same name, you have a similar hair style and a similar personality (at least on the surface, first impression level)

What seems to have happened, maybe, is that Yuri drove Tomoko away by abusing her.

But it's hard to tell when I don't understand the last frame. If it's two people in bed, that's great. If it's one, well... If it's none and it isn't a bed, I really don't know.

??? No? She's kicking her legs in excitement on her bed because Tomoko is gonna call her by her name. I have no idea where you got that from.

^^The last panel is Yuri squeeing and flapping her legs in bed, because she is so excited that Tomoko will call her by her first name in front of others now. It implies Yuri kept hitting her because she didn't.
While I easily understand the intent, it's still really weird.

^^ Okay, I couldn't decipher the final image at all. I saw the disturbing reference to Yuri's violence in the first frame, saw the shoes in what looked like a different time due to the difference in light, and saw what looked to me like one, or two, or no people on what may have been a bed. So I'm glad I'm wrong. I don't think Yuri's violence is remotely funny, though I love her. (Unfortunately, I can't understand a damned thing from the Japanese text floating around.)
