Hmm, I'm normally fine with one-shots but this was too short even for me. I can see what the artist was going for, but there wasn't enough interaction between the couple to really get into it.

Also, in case anyone was confused this was about the Kuchisake-onna, a Japanese urban legend about a woman with a slit mouth. Although this lady here seems to be a different Kuchisake-onna from the one in the legend - probably why she said she'd try "To copy a popular thing Senpai once did".

Could have sworn i'd seen another one here involving a slit-mouth woman. Pretty uncommon one. Without more specific tags I'm not going to even try and find it.

And rather than freak out, the rando said it'd be easier for her to brush her teeth, at least. Apparently they hit it off after that, since the gyaru didn't seem too freaked out about her.

Really nice, im glad she found someone who accepted her as she is :)

I'm disappointed I was really hoping they'd show the slit mouth woman being more expressive with her face.....
I wanted to see a more detailed transformation as she grows older and to see more expressions on her face as well as how her slit mouth would affect her facial expressions. Sigh oh well. I hope this continues its pretty good.

This manga referenced in the links actually has the first few pages scanlated into english on other sites.

It’s a shame the author did so little on this, I would have loved to have seen more of their first encounter and how they ended up rooming together. This seems like it had potential for a great and heart-warming story.

Hmm, going off midnight munch munch, I'd share my two cents for this one. It feels like a metaphor for anxiety, as it did develop during her middle school years, and how she's quite sensetive to what other people think (also the fact that it 'itched' at the beggining instead of a physical violent reaction). The girl she's with must be someone who makes her feel at ease, and so they ended up living together. ^^

i'd loved a sequel too
