man how do people forget that most of her work is about fluffy love. love flicker, love story logs, kila kila, steps, and most of her one shots are some of the greatest fluff on this website imo. she gives just enough conflict in her stories to give the characters depth, and that just makes it even sweeter.

Yes, it was really short so we just put everything together as a one-shot, but maybe that wasn't the wisest decision.

Takemiya does fluffy but in moderate doses, by shoujo-ai standards. This is just my take on it but I believe mean characters and characters with second intentions are a defining trait in a lot of her work. Chouchou Nannan and My Beloved immediately come to mind as strong examples, but you get that feel on An Absurd Relationship, Game and yes, Fragments of Love as well. Oh, and in Kila Kila we have the MC planning on using the sister to get to the model, so I count that one too.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan. I love most of Takemiya's stories to pieces, that was just my take on her themes.

Thoroughly enjoyed this! Is netorare the new trend now haha it kinda reminds me off Kadama's works.

It'd be neat to see the little sister pick up someone who's not a cheater for once. Throw a wholesome wrench in their dynamic, haha.

Really? I'm not too familiar with her works so I didn't know that. I think I might take a look at some of her other works sometime soon-ish.

Mmmmmhm, saw that coming miles away (that really says something about the type of manga I usually read and the plot I am accustomed to, doesn't it sob?) Still, it was oddly sweet, kudos to Takemiya Jin for turning even the darkest events into something less disturbing and more...snuggling. (secretly comparing this to NTR...)

NTR and cheating shouldn't be tagged together.
