Creepy... Awesome! :D The style and twist reminded me a lot of Kaori Yuki.
Also... dumb person, she should have known what the consequences of her actions would be. I mean, you know yourself pretty well, usually. But I bet she liked being killed out of jealousy, because... after all she was in love with herself.
Which brings me to my next partly rhetorical question: If you're killed by your clone, is it suicide? O.o

An old favorite of mine, I loved the metaphor. Inspite of being tagged with tragedy, I believe this was the best, the most beautiful and meaningful end that could have happened to the main character. Being killed out of jealousy by her clone -who herself killed her former girlfriend out of jealousy, is the strongest proof of love she could have received, and something she probably unconsciously longed for..
The abysall and dark atmosphere, along with the neat art this oneshot has gives off a mesmerizing and somehow fascinating ambiance only a few works have.
The manga being red-printed also helps, whether it was printed this way on purpose or not.

This was awesome, and in her eyes, true love, yes, perfect, awesome, I loved every bit. <3

It's good and all...but I urge you, after you've read it...read it again...
Now tell me it doesn't sound like an endless cycle. Sure the clone's hair is pink, but that's just to differentiate.
There's just enough details left out that you could perceive it as a loop, the 'Girlfriend' could have been the original all along and the story starts one loop in.

Yes there's a couple dialog pieces that break the theory apart but it's fun to think about.

Plot twist: the clone takes her place, wipes her memory, and the cycle continues
