The fact that "graduation" is seen as the end of everything really bothers me a lot.

Come to think of it, where does Cocona live at the end of the series? Mimi wrecked her house (and grandmother), so she can't stay there, and Salt's group isn't much better off. The facility Yayaka and Papika is in ruins now too, so the only person who's actually got an intact home is Papika, so do they live together in an old pipe stuffed with pillows?

^The one on the right is Yamato, the battleship of battleships. The one on the left is Yahagi, a light cruiser. There is a shared history between them, both sailed together in the Operation Sho-Go, which resulted in one of the largest naval battles in history, but more importantly, they were the only two larger ships in the Operation Ten-Go, the rest being mere destroyers. Ten-Go was basically a suicide mission, and quite pointless in practical terms, since there was no chance whatsoever of even dealing any damage to the enemy. It was basically enacted to provide the Imperial Navy a decent death, rather than anything else, and both the Yamato and the Yahagi were sunk by US planes during it.

I think that has to do with the way schools work in Japan. Two people going to the same high school might live on completely opposite ends of town. Once one graduates, they won't necessarily be "in the neighborhood" like you might have in the American school system.

I live for height gaps

D.Va's kind of an outsider in the cast. She's not really a member of Overwatch, is she? And she's not a villain. I think it's the fact that she's cute and doesn't really have a background with any of the other characters that makes it easy to ship her with pretty much everyone.
